Antique Victorian Black Velvet Cap with fabulous Chain Stitch Work with Star of David embroidered passementerie button to centre top.
As you can see from the photographs the black velvet, chain stitching on the cap is in very good condition.
Inside however is showing signs of age.

Wearable but possibly more a collectable.
